Oh Yes, I think I should just mention a few more in the handyman renovation jobs that I can do.
A finished basement or apartment is really my "Specialty". If you'd like a separate entrance from the outside leading into the basement, this is no problem for me. If you're basements should be flooded with water, I can pump it out for you and even seal off wherever the water is entering in from.
I install floor tiles, drywall, wood panelling, sheetrock ( stucco ), shower stalls, additions, closets, stairways, insulation and more.
I also wallpaper, paint, as you can see I'm into the painting, staining, caulking around tiles or bathtubs and showers. I can just about fix any repair job that is given to me.
Just a few more examples ~ I do plumbing as being a plumber can come in handy sometimes. Leaking dripping faucets or taps are just one other job for me.
So I think I've kinda summed up my experience. I can "gut" out a downstairs basements for example, then I'll insulate it, drywall the walls and ceiling, build you a custom sized kitchen, rooms, shower with a full 4 piece washroom and of course wallpaper and painting these rooms, tile the floors, etc. and etc. so that the end result will be a very beautiful finished apartment with its' own separate entrance!
